REMINDER: It is each hourly employee's responsibility to punch in/out each day.  ALL employees are required to report their absences.  Please monitor your hours worked and report any absences to your school/site secretary or the SubFinder. This will avoid your pay check from being docked for missing hours.  Please ask your school/area secretary for help to monitor your hours through the time clock or contact the Payroll Department at 502-4300 or e-mail  Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Please review your employee information and make any updates to reflect your most current information.  The Payroll or Human Resources department within 72 hours after submittal will process any changes to employee contact information. Upon completion, the changes will be reflected in the Employee Resources module of iVisions.
