Welcome LHUSD staff to the iVisions Employee Self Service Web Portal! To Start, click on the Login button in the upper right hand corner.

Once logged into the portal you will have 24/7 secure access to view and manage many elements of your employment information, including your employee profile, pay stubs, tax withholding information (W-4), and more. 

Use the web portal for the following activities:
  • Update/View your contact information (including address changes)
  • Update/View your W-4 (State and Federal Tax Withholdings)
  • Update/View your direct deposit information
  • View/Print pay stubs
  • Access district announcements and forms

Important instructions for first time users.

Please complete all 5 steps to Login, Register and Link. 

1. Click on Login button located in the top right hand corner of the home page.

2. Enter your User Name (first name initial, last name) and Password (LH.86405) and click Login.

3. Look for the CHANGE PASSWORD screen. Use LH.86405 as the old password. Write down your new password.

4. Click on the SELF SERVICE TAB, then the PROFILE button.

5. Verify we have your correct address/phone number/email on file. Also add or change your Emergency Contacts information.

NOTE:  If you have already completed the steps to link, you will see a message on the right hand side that you are an authorized portal user. 

 

TROUBLESHOOTING ERRORS

  • Confirm with your site Administrative Assistant that you have the right user name
  • The zip code we have on file in Visions may be incorrect
  • Contact the LHUSD Help Desk for password resets
Email Reminders Minimize

LHUSD staff will be sent automatic email reminders through our new HR/Business Dept software regarding teaching certificates, IVP fingerprint cards, CPR cards, CPI cards, First Aid cards expiration dates approaching. If you receive an email from noreply@tylerhost.net - do not delete the email - it contains important information.

Next Payday: 3/29 Minimize

The March 29 payday is for the following dates: March 11 through March 24.

View the yearly payday schedule on the Self Service tab under Information Center.

NOTE: You will not be able to view your direct deposit slip until your first paycheck.

 

Contracts for 2019-2020 Minimize

Contracts for the 2019-2020 school year will be dispersed at school sites approximately March 28. This date may change.

  • Support staff will have 7 business days to return their noticies of will to their site Administrative Assistant.
  • Certified staff will have 15 business days to return their contracts to their site Administrative Assistant.
